Our adult program offers traditional Jow Ga Kung Fu training in a supportive environment. Classes are designed to accommodate busy schedules while building strength, discipline, and community.
We understand the challenges of balancing demanding work schedules, travel commitments, and other responsibilities. We offer Jow Ga classes tailored for adults of all ages (18+) and a flexible class schedule allows you to train at your own pace, whether you're looking for short-term or long-term training.

Monday-Friday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturdays: 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Sundays: 1pm - 3pm
Students may attend classes as often as they wish. All we ask is that when you attend, you come ready to work hard and give it your best.
We do not require any long-term contract and do not charge direct-debit.
